The magnetizing fixture plays a critical role in the success of the magnetizing application. Our fixtures are custom designed and built to meet the magnetizing specifications provided by the customer. Computer-aided fixture design is employed for each fixture. Off the shelf, magnetizing fixtures do not exist for most applications. With this in mind, it is necessary to provide Walker Scientific with the proper magnetizing requirements so that the correct equipment can be built.
- Over 30 years experience in desiging optimum high performance magnetizing fixtures; High-volume production cycles to 2 seconds per magnetizing pulse; Fixtures designed to magnetize fully assembled products.
- We can design and manufacture special fixtures with multipoles to meet each magnetizing requirement.
- C core magnetizing fixtures are used to magnetize assembled two pole motors.
