DCM Series - Direct Current Magnetizers

The DCM series of magnetizers are small self-contained units for general purpose two pole charging applications. We can supply DC magnet charging equipment to meet any application suitable for this type of equipment. There are four models to choose from to provide field levels from 3,000 gauss to over 10,000 gauss at a 1” air gap with standard pole pieces.  These pole pieces can be adjusted to provide an air gap from 1/16” to 1.6”. Optional pole pieces are available and can be easily interchanged to meet a broad range of applications. Each model is bench mounted and has a time cycle to prevent excessive on time.
