Model 3000-6 Demagnetizer
The 3000-6 is a demagnetizer that produces
decaying oscillatory field in an air core solenoid. The frequency rate and field decay depend upon coil size and design. Example: A 6-inch diameter coil produces more than 20,000 Oersteds at 90 cycles. The 3000-6
with the proper fixture will demagnetize ceramics, Alnico, and most rare earth magnets.
