Epstein Frame Test Set
The EF-3266 Epstein Frame Test Set is a 25 cm Epstein
iron loss test set designed for the measurement of the magnetic characteristics of electrical iron sheet in accordance with ASTM A343 and A348 test methods for electrical sheet steel.
When used in conjunction
with AMH Hysteresisgraphs, iron loss and magnetizing characteristics at commercial frequencies can be measured by means of a stack of rectangular test specimens.
Conforms to ASTM A343 and A348.
- Measures: Specific core loss, peak permeability, saturation induction, coercivity (Hc) and residual induction (Br).
- Frequency: Designed to test from DC to 400 Hz (50, 60 Hz 2 kG Test Samples)
