mounted. Offering higher field levels and improved homogeneity over our smaller series electromagnets, enables these units to cover a much broader application base for both educational and research purposes.
HV-7H
is a horizontal field variable gap electromagnet designed for both research and educational purposes where variable gap performance is required. Both poles are continuously adjustable providing an air gap range to 7.25". This system has also been designed to operate primarily from a 5.0 kW power source but can be operated continuously from 8.5 kW.
